If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team Hello@PrevailHair.com no later than one hour after purchase. Once an order is processed, changes or cancellations cannot be made. This includes, but is not limited to, alterations to items, shipping addresses, and other order details. Please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.
All purchases are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged except in cases where the product does not meet our quality standard. If the product is defective or does not meet our quality standards you may be eligible for:
- A store credit for the full amount or
- A full refund to the original payment method
- Approval for returns is contingent upon the items being returned in their original packaging, including intact and untampered hang tags, leather bag, and Prevail box.
In rare cases, Prevail Hair may offer a refund minus a 15% restocking fee, at our discretion. Prevail Hair does not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or a defective product.

The nape area is the most friction-prone part of the hair and naturally tangles more due to constant movement, clothing contact, and body heat. Keep the nape area well-moisturized and detangled daily.
