Shipping policy

      Each PREVAIL order is prepared with intention, ensuring quality, precision, and a seamless delivery experience.

      Processing Time

      All orders are processed within 3-7  business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day. For select or custom pieces, processing may extend to 8–14 business days to ensure quality standards are met.

      Shipping Time

      Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.You will receive a UPS tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

      Address Accuracy

       If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with you ATM/Debit/Checking Account it will not confirm.We cannot change the address once an order is processing or has shipped. Processing time may be delayed if your order is flagged as a risk (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your payment information). We may require proof of identification for the billing information received. We will reach out through email asking for a photo copy of ID along with a questionnaire if we have to verify purchase. 

      Quality Assurance

      Every PREVAIL order undergoes a detailed quality check prior to shipment to ensure it meets our standard of excellence. If you believe you have received a defective or damaged product, please refer to our return and exchange policy for instructions on how to address the issue.

      Delivery Details

          •    A signature will be required upon delivery on orders over $500.

          •    We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

          •    Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout

          • Upon delivery shake box to detect that the content is inside. If it seems hollow, refuse the package.

      Damage or Loss

      Prevail Hair is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen. 

      High Volume Periods

      During sales, promotions, and holiday periods, processing and shipping times may be slightly extended.
