Welcome to PREVAIL HAIR. By accessing our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, protect both parties, and uphold the PREVAIL standard.

PREVAIL is a professional hairstylist-led brand delivering luxury hair experiences and premium extensions rooted in craftsmanship, quality, and precision.

1. GENERAL USE

By using this website, you agree that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian
  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • You will not use our products or services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

2. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY & VARIATION

PREVAIL offers premium human hair extensions, including raw and single-donor collections.

Due to the nature of these products:

  • Texture, pattern, and color may vary slightly
  • This variation is natural and reflects authenticity—not a defect

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.

3. FINAL SALE POLICY

All purchases are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged except in cases where the product does not meet our quality standard.

If a product is deemed defective or does not meet our quality standards, you may be eligible for:

  • A store credit for the full amount, or
  • A full refund to the original payment method

Approval is contingent upon:

  • The item being unused and unaltered
  • Returned in original packaging, including:
  • Intact and untampered hang tags
  • Leather pouch
  • PREVAIL box

4. RESTOCKING FEE

In rare cases, PREVAIL may approve a return at our discretion.

  • Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a verified defect or error

5. PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Each PREVAIL order is prepared with intention, ensuring quality, precision, and a seamless delivery experience.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day
  • Custom or select pieces may require 8–14 business days 

Shipping Time

  • Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days after shipment
  • A UPS tracking number will be provided via email once dispatched

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY & ORDER VERIFICATION

  • Billing and shipping information must match to successfully process your order
  • We are unable to change shipping addresses once processing begins or the order has shipped

For security purposes:

  • Orders flagged as high-risk may be delayed
  • We may request identity verification, including:
    Photo ID
    Additional confirmation via email

Failure to provide verification may result in order cancellation.

7. DELIVERY DETAILS

  • Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct

Important:
Upon delivery, we recommend inspecting the package. If the box appears empty or tampered with, refuse the package at delivery.

8. DAMAGE, LOSS, OR THEFT

PREVAIL is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost
  • Stolen
  • Damaged after shipment

Once the order is in the carrier’s possession, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

9. QUALITY ASSURANCE

Every PREVAIL order undergoes a detailed quality inspection prior to shipment.

If you believe your item is defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo/video evidence

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in ineligibility.

10. HIGH-VOLUME PERIODS

During launches, promotions, or holidays:

  • Processing and shipping times may be extended

We appreciate your patience during these periods.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PREVAIL is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages related to product use
  • Carrier-related delays or delivery issues

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

All content on this website—including branding, imagery, text, and design—is owned by PREVAIL and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
